We are an owner-operated father-and-son crew based in Kathleen. Andrew brings decades of heavy-equipment experience; Guy handles project coordination and customer communication. You work directly with the people running the machines — not a call center.

Permit requirements vary by property, structure, and jurisdiction. Polk County and many Florida cities require a demolition permit for structure removal. We evaluate each project individually and coordinate required permitting based on the scope of work. We do not perform asbestos abatement; if regulated materials are discovered, work pauses until qualified specialty contractors handle them.
