Our Story
Guy McMillen started Breaking Ground Land Services and Demolition LLC with his father, Andrew McMillen, in 2024. Guy handles customer-facing operations and project coordination. Andrew brings heavy-equipment experience dating back to 1975, including prior ownership of a tree company and fieldwork involving land clearing, demolition support, underground utilities, and road construction environments.
The company is young. The experience behind the controls is not. We keep claims honest: founded in 2024, backed by decades of equipment work — never “serving Florida since 1975” under this LLC name.
We prioritize mobile home and light-structure demolition, then support land clearing, tree and stump work, grading, and storm cleanup for property owners who want a direct line to the crew.
